I loved this. Such a refreshing way of looking at something that otherwise feels so dry, esp the idea of culture as a delivery mechanism. A framework is only useful if people can actually remember it and use it and KKH makes the whole thing feel almost instinctive. I’m going to remember Karna Kyon Hai? the next time I sit through a project discussion!
