A framework is only useful if people can actually remember it and use it and KKH makes the whole thing feel almost instinctive. I’m going to remember Karna Kyon Hai? the next time I sit through a project discussion!
I have always found your frameworks some of the most refreshing and useful. The KKH is another example. The other one that I still use was what you presented (decades ago) at a speaking engagement while I was a student at the ISB, Hyderabad or one of your presentations during your visits to India. That framework (that I still use every day) was about storytelling in presentations ... what / so-what / now-what. Not only that I still use the what / so-what / now-what, I share it with every new member of my team to avoid them preparing presentations where they list what they want to say, then say what they want to say, and then recap what they just said! Thank for sharing these and making day to day tasks so much more enjoyable and impactful!
