In this video, I explore five invisible burdens many of us carry through life: trauma, duty, empathy, grudges, and striving. Each burden reflects a deeply human struggle, from the lingering echo of past pain to the exhausting pressure of obligation, the emotional drain of carrying others’ suffering, the heaviness of unresolved hurt, and the restless pursuit of never feeling like enough. Rather than treating these as flaws to fix, I invite viewers to see them with gentleness and awareness, and I offers five practical ways to lighten the load: naming what we carry, using breath and meditation to restore calm, setting healthy boundaries, practicing self-compassion, and creating rituals of release. My central message is simple: life will always involve weight, but with awareness and grace, we can learn to carry it more lightly.
