Dr.Sawhney. great perspective, I can already start to see patterns emerge including self! The one of the most challenging aspect is applying this framework is who someone very close in the family and you already know either they are negative, drains your energy- this possibly is stemming from their own experiences or hardships. Sometimes I feel I can't do much, in one of a similar negative or energy draining conversations, I had to change the topic so I can get away from the negativity. Even now with any relationship and contacts now, I am aware of which conversations I enjoy and which ones does not help, amazing to see framework makes it black and white.

The self awareness is the best part of this framework. Very helpful!!! Thank you.

Professor, this is a wonderful framework. I will definitely think deeper about all three ratios.

I loved the framework Mohan.

Looking at ourselves with the same lens is so important. Being compassionate as you apply this framework is so critical. I saw value in sharing this framework with my spouse and to introspect how we are with each other. I also realized that the framework may need to work differently in a community that I call a cluster of resonance. In that situation, you may be giving to a collective, and receiving from a collective. So one's relationship is to the whole and not to the part that is the individual.

Lovely piece, Dr.Sawhney...reminds me a lot about 'managing self' before attempting to 'manage people' and 'managing organisations'...and perhaps the way the three ratios get stacked up for an individual depend largely on how one fares on the 3 ratios...in some sense, one gets what one deserves!
