I am a seeker and a weaver. I gather disparate threads that cross the boundaries of disciplines and survive the passage of time. I weave these threads into a fabric of meaning.
I believe the insights we need rarely live where we are already looking. They live at the intersection of technology and humanity, where timeless wisdom meets timely problems.
The Hidden Weave is organized into three distinct paths. You may follow one, or all of them:
The Strategic Weave: The logic of the enterprise. Foundational frameworks at the intersection of AI, competitive strategy, and systemic innovation.
The Personal Weave: The logic of self-mastery. Perspectives on personal development, leadership, and reinventing yourself.
The Inner Weave: The landscape of the interior. Meditations on the human condition, the art of presence, and spirituality for modern times.
I teach AI strategy, product management and marketing at the Kellogg School of Management and advise business leaders on navigating AI and business transformation. My perspective is shaped by thirty-five years of listening for the silence among the screams. I believe that to lead effectively in the world, one must first understand the patterns of the self and the soul.
